Tonight featured a slower run down at Tempe Town Lake but it was cooler than earlier in the night when John and I did it last week.
However, it was pretty damn muggy down by the water. I was proud of John as he made it 20 minutes. That was my challenge to him after his 13 minute performance last week and he came through. Way to go buddy. I'll share some of my sheet cake with you.
A 5 AM hike tomorrow and then I'm contemplating a 5 mile run tomorrow for Run # 42.
Run # 43 on Sunday will be at least 9 miles. I have no choice but to do the longest run of the streak on Sunday as I completely let myself down last week when I went for it.
