Not to much to say about tonight's performance. I think (but could be hallucinating) that Chuck commented earlier in the day it might be windy, and I did notice that at first. It was cooler than it has been lately - only 82 degrees. I ran an average of under 8.5 minute miles, but I'm still not venturing outside of the 2-3 mile range. Still gearing up for a longer run this weekend to see my overall pace on a 6-10 miler.And I'm also patiently waiting to hear back from the USRSA to see if I'm a member.
