Titled only as such because I went to a Smashing Pumpkins show after it (it was subpar), this run was surprisingly cool as temperatures in Phoenix got down to the 70's for the first time since June 8th.
I only ran 1.66 miles but I proudly included a hill in the run and it felt like nothing after the 12 miles I ran on Saturday. Its still hard to think I'll add 2.5 hours and 15.5 miles to this coming Saturday's run, but it just goes to show you the mental preparation running takes.
That, and in my case, a lot of mental disability.
