So six days in a row of the same recovery run of 1.46 miles.
Definitely an off week for me.
I have to get up in about 5 hours for a 2 hour run so we'll see how the rest on my legs pays off. Tomorrow's run should be about 13 miles or so I hope.
Here's the final breakout. I started out slow, got faster, and then finished slower to end the week:
Sunday - 1.46 miles in 12 minutes and 51 seconds
Monday - 1.46 miles in 11 minutes and 23 seconds
Tuesday - 1.46 miles in 11 minutes and 4 seconds
Wednesday - 1.46 miles in 10 minutes and 6 seconds.
Thursday - 1.46 miles in 12 minutes and 4 seconds
Friday - 1.46 miles in 12 minutes and 17 seconds
