This week I've done the same run on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and now Wednesday. As I've gone along, I've tried to do more short sprints in each with an ultimate goal of sprinting the entire way someday to my death.
Here are the distances and times for each day:
Sunday - 1.46 miles in 12 minutes and 51 seconds
Monday - 1.46 miles in 11 minutes and 23 seconds
Tuesday - 1.46 miles in 11 minutes and 4 seconds
Wednesday - 1.46 miles in 10 minutes and 6 seconds.
I guess it's been a recovery week for me so I can see if I can improve my time on the long run on Saturday. More long runs will be key for me in training for the marathon in December, the marathon in January, and the relay in February.
This Friday I plan on taking the night off again in preparation for a 5 AM run on Saturday so hopefully I can update this blog for all of my readers who have been bored to death by my posts with lack of maps.
I'm frustrated with runeveryday.com though, who haven't updated their site since 6/23 and hence my name isn't on the list.
