Ran for 1 hour and 58 minutes today.
The map will be posted but its going to be tough to figure out the route I took.
I ran with a few other people who are "Ironmen" - I firmly believe one didn't take a breath during the entire run. He's done a 135 mile run before in the past so today was more like a stretching exercise for him.
I didn't feel as well as I thought I would for this run, especially during the outset but I could definitely tell my legs benefited from the rest I gave them this week.
