Definitely have to post a map and little recap of this one tomorrow when I'm supposed to be working.

I used some intense music to run out in 50 minutes and back in 39 or so from what I can recall. It was 6:50 when I left, 7:40 when I turned around, and 8:19 or so when I was done.

The Big Blog Update

Well, I have learned very quickly that keeping this blog updated is actually more difficult than running everyday.

So while I won't go back in time and post every map of every run, I am going to show you the screenshots of how every one is listed at bimactive.com. I'll start with the past 30 runs, and just keep adding until I get back to May 20th when this started.

Run # 170 on Monday, and I'm almost halfway home to the 1 year point of the streak. What I do then - stop or continue - is still up for debate.
