Moments before this run began, I received a call from my friends Erich and Derek. They had just arrived in Boston, MA, just hours after the Red Sox won Game 2 of the World Series.
I'm entitling this the vestibule run because that is where Erich and Derek planned on sleeping for the night unless they found a hotel.
So I called a few hotels (every one was booked) and then I realized I had to get on the road to get this run in. I left my friends to continue the streak. Therefore, I am somewhat of a dedicated asshole.
To Erich and Derek, this one is for you and the time you suffered in the vestibule.
When I finished this one, I called to discover they had made it inside the apartment/house/wherever they were staying that had the vestibule as a holding cell for them for what I imagine seemed like days.
Run # 160 tomorrow.
