I ran to and from an absolutely mobbed Lifetime tonight, runs that are becoming typical. I'm still a little sore from Sunday night but I'm not too concerned I guess. The heat was atrocious tonight and in two separate incidents I was almost hit by a car. The first time it was a cop car and I was pondering whether or not I would be chased down and fined for jayrunning a freeway exit ramp. That didn't happen but it was a close call.
