Run # 9

I had all intentions of waiting until it was cooler at night to run today, but when you set a goal to run every day, you do it whenever the best time to do it is. I didn't run nearly as fast as the results say I do but I did sprint at times. I started walking after about 2.3 miles or so and I ran/walked all the way home.

The thing that really sucks about running every day is that you have to do it every day. I didn't really feel like running the whole time so I didn't. That bothers me but I am trying to temper myself so I don't give up.

Tomorrow will be my 10th run in 10 days and that will be the record for me. Only 355 to go.
